Transformational Therapy Sessions

Individual RTT Sessions:  What to Expect.

In preparation for your first session, you will have a virtual consultation and may be asked to complete a questionnaire.  This will help define the focus of our sessions.  The depth of your trauma, your willingness to uncover the source of your issues, and acceptance of the process will help determine needed session plans.

The first Rapid Transformational Therapy™ Session typically lasts 1.5 - 2 hours and may involve rapid induction hypnosis, regression, understanding, and reframing.  Sessions are held virtually, which allows for you to remain in a comfortable setting.

During hypnosis or deep concentration, we will uncover significant moments or events that have instilled subconscious mindsets and self-limiting beliefs and we will transform them. Everyone experiences hypnosis differently. Scepticism and unwillingness create barriers to hypnosis. However, if you are willing to begin with openness, deep concentration and focus - this can be a strong beginning.

Session plans may include a personalized recording to help lock in the transformation.  This recording is like a prescription and needs to be listened to for a set number of days after your RTT session.  Other session plans may include deep talk and memory challenge techniques.

An Alternative:  Talk CBT

Understandably, the fear of the unknown revelations that hypnosis could reveal can be intimidating, or the disbelief in hypnosis can be limiting. Either way, you must be ready and believing in therapy to get the most out of your experience.

If you are not ready for RTT or are uncomfortable with the notion of hypnosis and would prefer to opt for the more traditional approach to talk therapy and the Cognitive Behavioral Approach to exploring solutions, Talk CBT may be the option for you.  This may require more patience, but this is a more conversational approach that allows for things to unfold over a longer period of time. The same solutions are reached over a greater number of meetings without hypnosis.

Treatment

Transformational Therapy is effectively used as a treatment for a wide range of personal issues.  The trauma of growing up with an addicted parent can reveal itself in nearly any aspect of our lives.  The trauma of loving a child or family member with an addiction, can cause an array of afflictions. The list below provides examples of how intrusive it can be.  Chances are if you grew up in a home surrounded by addiction, you are living with an unwanted feeling, belief, habit, or illness.  It is highly likely that these issues are deeply tied to traumas and self-preservation techniques used as a child.  Our young brains see and hear the most minute things, and place heavy meaning on them that sticks with us for a very long time.  And, if you love a family member a spouse, a child, a sibling, who is an addict, you too may be impacted by the trauma of this challenging love. Transformational Therapy can help reshape your thoughts and beliefs in a way that help you stay healthy.

Command Cell Therapy Recordings

Chronic pain or unexplained illness.

If you are experiencing chronic pain or unexplained illness, the principles of Command Cell Therapy, rooted in the rules of the mind, use direct mental commands to influence the body at a cellular level. Communicating with affected cells directing them to heal and restore, to promote cells to remember their perfect, natural state. While some ailments may be biologically or genetically grounded, much of our physical well-being can be impacted by our mental or emotional well-being.  Command cell therapy helps your mind focus the healing that it is capable of doing. Emotions and pent-up feelings can have a profound impact the biological performance of our body.  As individuals, we may not realize that we are actually making ourselves sick. Past traumas influence our mental, emotional and biological well-being. Children of addiction trauma often suffer from unexplainable illnesses that seem to have no medical solution. This may be that the root cause is trauma related. Command Cell Therapy can be performed in two ways, isolate and treat the emotional source of pain or illness and restore functions with hypnosis, or through a direct command hypnotic recording.

Coaching

Step by step guidance.

Coaching sessions begin with the development of a personal goal plan. Typically, this plan is related to your personal life and challenging relationships - often with the addicted parent, or with family members who have 'chosen a side'.  These are volatile or painful relationships where you would like ongoing guidance and accountability towards achieving a stated outcome.  Coaching sessions can help you set the course to achieving career goals or to achieving freedom from limiting feelings of guilt, anger, pain, or feelings of being undervalued.  Coaching sessions may involve hypnotherapy, discussion, or accountability building.  The principles of the Rules of the Mind are applied during coaching sessions to help you achieve maximum understanding and access to your capabilities.

Guidance

When the principle concepts of the Rules of Mind are understood and applied, people can accomplish amazing things.  We are not all born to be self-disciplined, motivated, strategic thinkers.  However, with the right guidance, we can all tap into the success measures where we may be falling short.  The power of the brain provides limitless opportunities.  A series of 5-10 sessions is suggested.
